In this moment of great innovation, MatiPay confirms its presence in the market of payment and telemetry systems for automatic distribution and does so by presenting two new products for the management of sales points.
The new solution that combines innovation, efficiency, reliability and dynamism
The first big news is Meta nella versione master: a solution designed and produced in-house, compatible with Executive, MDB and EVA-DTS standards, which expands the MatiPay offer compared to the systems currently in use on the market.
This new solution represents a real upgrade of the already known version of Meta that enables purchases with mobile apps and contactless devices (cards, employee badges, key fobs and more) that can be associated with the virtual wallet in the app. Cloud credit guarantees the security and reliability of the solution and operations without any possibility of cloning contactless devices.
Integration with telemetry and the most popular management systems makes it possible to monitor and detect sales data, alarms and real-time events and makes operational processes more effective thanks to the possibility of configuring parameters and prices of each sales point directly remotely.
The features remain unchanged but the possibility of managing peripherals (change givers, banknote readers, coin selectors) and other payment systems and the simple configuration during installation are the two strength points of this new proposal.
The result is certainly beneficial for users, who can take advantage of the best digital payments app available on the market also designed to improve consumer engagement and satisfaction. On the other hand, transversal reliability on several fronts is guaranteed to vending operators which can count on a single technological partner, without intermediaries and independent from suppliers of vending machines, payment systems and ERP solutions: characteristics that contribute to the reduction of installation costs – without loss of functionality – and to the increase in turnover.
Credit card payments
The second novelty is called Meta-CC, a new all-in-one solution that enables direct purchases with credit or debit card, while maintaining the same benefits as purchases with mobile apps and contactless devices. Meta-CC has been designed in collaboration with two international partners, PMTsolutions AG e Worldline, and can be configured in dual mode: credit first mode, with credit pre-authorization and subsequent purchases, or selection first mode which allows you to select the product first and then conclude the payment.
We strongly believe in the many advantages of the private payment systems enabled by Motus and Meta products, but the need to also meet the needs of occasional customers in certain contexts has opened up a new context accessible only for non-recurring payments and by credit or debit card and with an eye on innovation and the search for stimuli that allow us to work intensively to offer integrated and cost-effective solutions.
